Well... Again I took a look at some code in OAT... And It's quite possible
to do what I mentioned above.
I tried to create a very quick and dirty XML file and I'm able to process
it. I believe I'll be working on this for some (extra) time.
For now it will only change the plug-in settings (not on a user base). And
it will probably support only basic HTML constructs (checkboxes, radio
buttons and eventually SELECTs).
This will save the preferences in a PHP file inside the plugin directory.
The plugin name will be an argument...
Let's see where I manage to get with this effort... If it starts looking
nice I won't change anything in the locks plugin until I get this done...
