wait for mutex ... IDS hang....

Hi, Folks,

Build Version: 11.10.UC2
Build OS: AIX 5.3

We had IDS hang that seems caused by Waiting for Mutex. I attached some
info and question embedded below.

Hope experts can give some ideas.
