Physical Log Size

Posted By: KENT GRUNDEN
Date: Tuesday, 25 January 2011, at 2:09 p.m.

IDS 11.50.FC4WE Windows Server 2008 64bit

I keep getting the message when I restart the Informix instance that the physical log file might be too small. It recommends 28000.
I increased the PHYSFILE from 15000 all the way up to 800000, but I am still getting this message in the log. (I did this in increments but am afraid to go too far)
What am I missing?
Thanks
