Configure ISM for onbar

hi all,

i need help to configure ISM for onbar backup an restore. The idea is we try to backup using onbar at production server and restore at dr server. All informix environment totally same, using informix version 11.50 on HP-UX 11.31.

When i try to start ISM, i get this error

a. production server

# ism_startup -init
start_ism: is starting the ISM daemons.

*** The environment variable PRINTER is not set.

The ISM server cannot print important bootstrap information.

To perform a full ISM recovery, e.g. from a disk failure, use

'ism_catalog -find_bootstrap'.

ism_startup: Initializing the ISM server.

b. dr server

# ism_startup -init

*** Your $INFORMIXDIR (/mntrt/informix115) does not contain

a valid ISM installation. Re-install ISM.

Both server we failed to start ISM. Please help how to fix this. IF we need to re-install ISM on both server, please give step by step to do it. i ready find step to uninstall ISM but do don't know how to restore back.
