Hi,

Just wondering why some showing ipcshm and some showing soctcp.
Is there anything that we can look out for in terms of a performance
perspective from running this command ?
How would you use this command for usually ?

"onstat -g ntu" shows sessions and how they are connected if you know
the user's session id.

I'm trying to verify if a user is connected to the database by my shared

memory connection ... is there a table or onstat that can give this to
me.
I've looked at the onstat -g env and that shows the proper
INFORMIXSERVER, but I'm not sure if they connected that way or with the
TCP/IP connection ...
