You have to use setnet32 utility which is located in %INFORMIXDIR%\bin
directory. I am not aware that on Windows INFORMIXSQLHOSTS env variable
works the way it works on Unix. As far as I know you have to use setnet32
utility to provide INFORMIXSQLHOSTS realted details.
