Qual eh a capacidade que a fita DAT72 aceita ?
Se por ex for 40 GB , então coloqe no TAPESIZE do Onconfig ao menos 38000000 (38 milhoes de Kbytes).

Se a tua instancia de BD for maior que 38 Gb, então será requisitada segunda, terceira .... fita qundo for executado o ontape -s -L 0.

Se vc tiver outra fita (tipo FITADAT) para a qual vc possa direcionar o 'continuous log' melhor ainda.
O ideal é vc ter backup log de pelo menos 3 archives , para garantir restore.
