Hi there,

I think that you should perhaps go back to the manual and do a bit more research. Using the High performance loader can be a bit tricky to get working in the beginning, but is a very useful tool when you do get it running

The Query clause in the specification file refers to a query object that you have previously setup. Perhaps it would be better for you to use something like

onpladm create job <job_name> -n -d job1 -D hrm -t inquries -fu

Also, the query that you have provided contains an order by clause - not sure that I would do that
