IDS Instance crashed

Hi,
We are validating the data for a table as given below. But every time this process is in execution the IDS instance get crashed. Here is some excerpt from the dump file created by the IDS, which we think shows the problematic area.
Can somebody help what could be the reason? is there some issue with memory allocted to a sesssion?
