Informix server dont receive connections (Read err

Hello everybody.

I appeal to you for ideas and tips to guide me on what to look for. I
attend to an Informix server 9.4 FC9 on a Solaris Sparc host. It has
been working with low workload; a few users consulted for concentrated
data. Then, we had to create some databases and give access to many more
users. Not to much, anyway.

In coincidence with that, it begun this problem. After been working
normaly, suddenly stop receiving connections and the only thing I see in
the online.log is

Maximum server connections is a different number on each case.
The only way to recover the service is shuting down and start up
Informix.

As reference, this is a fragment from onconfig

mutec_net is an alias we added to receive all of new user connections.
The sqlhosts file is

mutec_net ontlitcp thishost.thisdomain.com. sqlexec_lyf

sqlexec_lyf 1527/tcp

The affinity for procesors, from the online.log

13:26:31 On-Line Mode

13:26:31 Affinitied VP 4 to phys proc 16

I also noted the BOUND state from the netstat -an command, on some
connections. This state I don't see it on another informix hosts.

I will appreciate your help, if you can tell me what should I verify on
Informix config or on Solaris config.
