shared memory not initialized error in oninit -v

Previously my Informix server was running properly. But since last month IDS 11.5 is showing error as onscpah.exe failed on Windows XP startup.
If you run oninit -v, following error is seen

and after this it stops at prompt.

In olr_khed_stn.log following error is seen

Correct values are available in registry and hosts and services files.

Previously following errors had been seen in olr_khed_stn in INFORMIXDIR file
but since the machine is devlopment machine and not production machine no action was taken. But now the IDS is not starting at all.

Also action required is not known to me.

then increase the size of the files proportionately.
